- Balhannah · L&M Ag Beef & Lamb, Organically Farmed. Pasture-raised beef and lamb direct from the people who raised it, which is about as short as a meat supply chain gets.
- Mylor · Hillview Flowers.
Twenty to thirty minutes
- Callington · Karoonda Honey. Local honey from a local apiary, and the sort of thing worth buying two of.
- Strathalbyn · First Steps Trading, for eggs, and Friendship Lane Coffee Roasting for beans roasted in town. Two good reasons to combine the trip with the Strathalbyn wander.
Making a morning of it
The obvious loop: Mount Barker for flowers, out through Littlehampton, down to Callington for honey, back via Strathalbyn for coffee. That is a comfortable couple of hours with a boot full at the end.
